Got everything installed and running (super easy with the detailed instructions). Went on a 2 hour ride. It runs like a champ, like a completely different bike. Thank you so much for all the help. I have attached a picture of the bike and testimonial is below. After owning a 1979 Suzuki GS1000 in college, I recently purchased a 2007 Honda 919 Hornet to get back into riding. My general motorcycle knowledge wasn't all that in depth and especially when it came to fuel injection. The previous owner had put a Power Commander III (old model, non-USB) on it and was making adjustments with the buttons. Needless to say, it wasn't running correctly and was very rough at times. While researching solutions I came across Jeffo. No only did he steer me in the direction of the PCIII-USB and make me a fantastic map. He also was super helpful in recommending performance improvements and general maintenance that probably needed done based on the mileage of the motorcycle. His advice was invaluable to a beginner like me and saved me a bunch of time had I gone through research-trial/error to get to the same point. He went well above and beyond just providing a map. I ended up changing the spark plugs, reducing front sprocket teeth by 1 (installed new sprockets and chain), changing the air filter (went with K&N). The bike already had a debaffled exhaust. I ran the bike with the changes and a stock map on the PCIII-USB, still didn't run great. After installing Jeffo's map, accelerator pump configuration, and throttle position calibration (very detailed, step by step instructions) the bike runs so much better (no jerkiness, accelerates much harder and throttle is a lot smoother).
