I bought a power commander V because I was told id have access to hundreds of maps. Well that was a lie, they didn't have a map compatible with my set up. I did many searches on custom map tuning and tried to contact other tuning companies. Jeffo is the only one that has taken time to even help me. Most sites said I had to buy specific exhausts to get a map, and the others said they wouldn't sell a map. Spears Racing told me id have to buy another power commander from them if I wanted a map from them. I do my research. Im pretty sure I got everything correct, The bike feels good, throttle is crisp roll on and off. I bought 2 maps one for winter and one for summer from his recommendations. One map went right on and I did the idle and throttle recommendations. The Winter map had a problem and wasn't compatible. Ended up being a wrong map number. He swiftly said he would fix it and get it out to me by tomorrow. Jeffo takes time out of his day to talk to you over the phone should any problems arise. The bike does feel good, feels way better than it did thats for sure. Jeffo thanks for your time and knowledge, you truly do stand behind your work.
