I searched the net aimlessly for hours in search of a map for my Yamaha Roadliner. I was getting the sinking feeling that I would have to dyno test my bike. I finally found the F.A.I.C. Website and sent in a request. In less than an hour I not only received an email from Jeffo but a phone call from him as well. Could he really design a map for my configuration that would perform? By the end of the day he had a map for my bike. The installation and tuning steps were cut-and-dry, perfect for someone like me who is relatively inexperienced. Is the map spot on? YES! Does my bike ride and perform better? HELL YES! The throttle is much more responsive, and the bike's power curve is much smoother. Don't even mention the education I got in properly adjusting the DynoJet Utilities. Truly a great deal. Rarely do you find someone who has extensive knowledge and expertise but is also extremely passionate about what they do. Many people would charge more than $50 just to stay on t he phone with me for the amount of time Jeffo did. His dedication to his customers is unparalleled. Jeffo, you are the man!
